Callback Stuck?

There is currently an issue within Tixt where the callback is stuck when testing the ConnectWise PSA the connection. 


How to Manually Test ConnectWise PSA Callback:

  1. Send your Tixt number a text message
  2. Respond to the ticket that was created on your Service Board.
  3. Respond back to the ticket from your cell phone

If you receive all messages, the test is successful and you are able to start using Tixt!
