There is currently an issue within Tixt where the callback is stuck when testing the ConnectWise PSA the connection.
How to Manually Test ConnectWise PSA Callback:
- Send your Tixt number a text message
- Respond to the ticket that was created on your Service Board.
- Respond back to the ticket from your cell phone
If you receive all messages, the test is successful and you are able to start using Tixt!
