This contact is in CW but went to the Catchall company

The phone number is probably associated with more than one contact.


If a number resolves to multiple contacts/companies, Tixt uses the catchall company instead of choosing one at random.


First, Tixt tries to resolve to a contact phone number, then we try to resolve to a company site phone number, then we try to resolve to a company phone number, then we resolve to the catchall company/default contact.  If any of those steps resolve to more than 1 company/contact, we move on to the next step.
