While the ticket pool numbers are recycled, they are not recycled in a way that would ever let another Tixt customer inadvertently receive a message from your customer. We track the unique combination of from/to number, not just the to number, to associate a conversation with a ticket. The only time a customer would end up on the wrong company's ticket using this scheme would be if the same customer was using Tixt with another company, and even then it would only happen if the same phone number was recycled to them, in which case they'd get a message indicating the new ticket number so they shouldn't have nay confusion about who they're texting.
